Unique indoor, high quality medical cannabis company authorized by the Spanish Health Agency and Medical Devices (AEMPS) to conduct cultivation for research, and imminently to enter into licensed commercial production

Company is focused on selecting genetics/new trend cultivars, high quality cultivation, and providing top quality non-irradiated medical cannabis flowers.

Specialized in the production of consistent, premium craft cannabis and fully equipped for EU-GMP hang drying and semi-hand trimming.

Situated in an industrial area of Barcelona, the facility is fully operational, pre-revenue and compliant with GACP and EU-GMP standards.

State-of-the-art indoor, leased, facility spans two floors, ~2.5k m2 (~26k ft.²) of space, including 600 m2of cultivation and 300 m2of EU-GMP processing spaces with significant expansion capacity (including the potential for vertical cultivation)

Company has existing pre-agreement in place to produce EU-GMP cannabis dry flowers cannabis as Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and is in discussions with several other groups to expand production capabilities.

Expects to obtain the EU-GMP Certificate and the full Commercial License by Q4 2023.

Future plans include registering its own brands, importing clones, continuing production of craft cannabis using premium genetics, and enter into other product categories.
